Sweet Potatoes, Asparagus, Almonds and Onions Recipe
A delightful combination of sweet potatoes, asparagus, and onions!
1 Sweet Potato
1 White Onion
1 Bunch of Asparagus
1 Cup of Sliced Almonds
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp French Blend, Granny Recommends Fleur de Sel, seasoning.
To prepare this delicious dish, start by chopping the vegetables, including the sweet potatoes, asparagus, and onions, into desired sizes.
Next, heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped vegetables to the pan and sauté them for a few minutes until they begin to soften.
To enhance the flavors, sprinkle turmeric powder. Turmeric not only adds a vibrant yellow color but also has numerous health benefits.
Continue to cook the vegetables, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and caramelized. This process usually takes around 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the vegetable pieces.
On a separate pan, roast some sliced almonds for a few minutes until change of color. You will smell the delicious aroma once they are ready.
Once cooked, serve the chops vegetables as a side dish or as a main course. Add the almond and our French blend seasoning with Sea Salt (Fleur de Sel) over the vegetables.
